Manufacturing Process

1.

 Tamarind seeds are washed thoroughly.

2.

 To remove upper brownish cover (Testa), seed is roasted very carefully.

3.

 The roasted Tamarind seeds are then decordicated which is a very hard job.

4.

 Kernels are crushed in impact pulveriser into pure powder which is a creamy white.
